The yogurt looks watery because it's organic and unprocessed. When it's stirred, it breaks down and thins out. Organic tastes WAY better than non.

I love Jamie Oliver's cooking but this is so wrong. Should never allow your spices to burn...low slow heat! I'm afraid this will taste like burnt tikka salmon but good after a few beers :)
