Othen then looking phony, I thought it was illegal for a male cop to search a female because the female could claim sexual abuse or whatever.

So you are saying a male cop that observing a female acting Furtive, secretively, weird is supposed to stand there while the female reached behind her back and pulls out a gun and shoots the male cop while he is waiting for the female cop. What happens if the department does not have a female cop working or she can not respond for one hr ??? Are you imbecile????

If the officer safety is in danger they can "paint" a subject of the opposite sex. Although he should have DEFINITELY been using the back of his hand, once the weapon was recovered, personally I would have detained her and waited for the female officer.
