@rickames it's true, these days he has a somewhat low profile but he has kept himself in great shape and can still bust out amazing skill. It was surprise so many people to see a man of that age throw kicks better than most young martial artist they've ever seen :)

@yardkyle A lot of people today maynot know who he is, or popular he is. I would loved to see him in a modern movie, kicking butt.

@rickames i agree, Wallace is a much more flashy fighter than Norris, much more impressive on screen. Wallace did do a movie with Jackie Chan though :)

I know its a lot of you guys that like Chuck Norris. But i still think that if Bruce Lee would've had Bill in one of his movies, it would've sold more than it would if Chuck was there.

Fantastic Drill, it actually helps one to pivot on the supporting leg, something people tend to forget, until something goes wrong and the knee becomes damaged. Thank you for sharing.
