ah your conditioning looks like such a challenge i love it! I have been doing yoga while balancing on thin rails to challenge myself. Fake Yann cracks me up he is pretty creative story teller although he did seem to have some wisdom of parkour. And the girl in the yellow shirt especially at 5:06 Have you ever seen a more beautiful practitioner?

I think the real Yann should watch this. I'll send the link to someone we met who should be able to pass it on to him.
DSo funny when you were looking round Lisses looking for him, and lol @ his muscle-up technique!!
It was cool meeting the real Yann but I reckon you had much more fun with the fake!!
