Look, coming from a white boy who lived in Caru when I was 19 and in Roanoke pretty much my whole life - Roanoke does NOT have gangs and calling them that only validates their wannabe attitudes. There is and always has been groups of immature a-holes who think they are bad when in reality they are nothing more than a bunch of going-nowhere losers. Like I said, I used to live in Caru, now I have a family, nice house, college education, and a good job - got it all without ANY help from anyone..

@TheChicalocas LT in the 90s was badass it was crack cocaine central lol our those projects were leading roanoke in neighborhood cirme stats in 1995-1996 dats where I use to live when I lived in Roanoke,but I heard around 2003 they changed it an its not a "project" anymore instead they remodled them an now they are housing developments and they have security cams up to stop criminals lol gentrification sure can take away memories.
