  • I would do that but I heard that u lose *muscle first* so .........can anyone tell me if thats true. Plus if you dont have enough calories I heard your body goes into *starvation mode and you store calories*.....someone explain this to me how this will work .thx

  • @SubZeroSkyLine you will gain weight, that 1100 calories will be turned into fat or stored energy without excercise and since you eat that everyday it will add on and on the key is to burn the calories you eat and then tap into the excess calories witch is the stored energy so no your body will not lose weight you will gain weight and no you body will not think your going into starvation mode and no your body will not use the stored fat it will use the calories you ate that day.
