The honey looks like it's a very cheap brand. I would not use any different kind of honey than organic because it is in fact natural and provides many more benefits than honey that has been heated already. Also do not add the honey until it is cooled or under 130 degrees because it kills all the benefits that the honey brings. With this type of tea you can drink it hot or even cold for that matter. But this is an excellent tea and if sick I would recommend 2-3 cups per day.

@mycee100 hey, you can just make 1/3 as much and make it fresh every time. Ginger tea with sugar/honey and lemon is also good cold. I would probability drink it as with in 24 hours.
