I saw this show a few days earlier in Antwerp. The voice isn't pre-recorded, he 'sang' this just before coming to the mic and it's looped digitally. Something his son Casey is taking care off. You can't see this on the video.

I love how that one foot always come up when he's at the mic. Are those his songs, Sullivan & Casey on percussion?! One of 'em looks like a kid [= and I know Casey is always wearing his hat backwards.

@LandoftheShanks The kid is Sullivan. The drummer is "Brain" Mantia, who is about 25 years older than Casey. He must be really flattered at all the people who think he looks like a teenager on these 2004 tour videos ;-)
