How to get ride of Unwanted Color *photoshop elements 6+*

I was bored.
I have a cold.
This will probally be deleted tomorrow.
I suck at explaining things.
I am 14 :P and have a annoying voice.
I used pictures that were open already cause I'm lazy
Most of you probally don't even have photoshop elements Dx or already know this Dx

Uh, idk I like to use the overlay tool and design brushes, I usually keep my backgrounds mono or bi color
