  • While I agree with the video in principle, it is poorly done. You need some references, a lot of your content is supposition stated as fact

  • Many of the facts behind this video were based on interviews I did with my teachers when I was in University.

  • Sounds suspiciously No Logo

  • The Naomi Klein book? A very good read, although flawed in her responses to Corporate America. I'm looking forward to reading her latest book!

  • it's being written as we speak :)

  • Ha! I think it all starts in Middle Schools, at the least High Schools- I can recall at least 4 Coke/Pepsi Vending machines on one side of the school alone.

  • so whats the big deal? You make it sound so INSIDIOUS! So people are producing and making money and the campus actually contributes to the community's economy....and....?

  • What's updoc?

  • @AtheismandSkepticism Dude you're an arrogant asshole. Just cause you talk tough and try to one-up everyone does not mean you are correct. You talk down to people for no reason.

I'm glad you like evidence. That's great, but you're using the concept of it to command others when they're worthy of discussion.

You have just said you have not lived here so it's obvious you wouldn't know shit about this anyway. You just stated that.

Look at the comment magog wrote above. That's how we live.

  • @HoGraz

I don't live in the US; your corrupt politicians and laws are your problem.

Skeptic means I don't believe in bullshit conspiracy theories either. Go get some evidence of malicious additives in foods or that subliminal messaging even works; then we can have a conversation.

(By evidence I mean peer reviewed articles in scientific journals, not stupid Internet videos/comments made by some ignorant fool)

  • @AtheismandSkepticism Do you want your food to be addictive and companies to subliminally tell you to be drones for their product? How about we put dictators in power so we can tap into their resources regardless of the human cost. How about we sell weapons to other countries and turn around and say "These countries have weapons that are comprable to ours. We need to make more weapons, Congress." You're giving in to it. We just seen how it's ruined our country in 04. Ridiculous. Skeptic?

  • @HoGraz Right. It's called national defense. Companies make weapons and fund weapon technologies.

It's not ideal, but it's part of reality, maybe you'd like to join us someday.

  • @AtheismandSkepticism Right. It's called Regulation. Dow Chemicals made Agent Orange and funded labs in the 60's on campuses.

  • go to UniversityCube . com

its the best student hangout spot!

  • OH MY GOD!

Its like corporations are out to make money!

    Who'd have thought it?!
