WOW! awesome!!!

@RobHendy yer right its class 3. you should do it a little higher in a duckie.
-
@Gonwyld - You obviously have no Idea who Rush Sturges is. He's definately not, as you called him, a "noob".
-
@Boilerblues Just because you can run doesn't mean it automatically drops from grade VI to V. These guys are already running shit that no one 10 years ago would have gone near. The very reason most of these guys paddle with such motivation (and sponsoring) is because they are dedicated to making the unrunnable runnable.

Thats the main problem with watching video's about extreme sports. Gifted and talented people make places like Cherry Creek and Ausable Gorge look like a walk in the park. Noobs look at the video's and convince themselves that they can do it too........... Ummmm No you can't.

I remember watching that go down Rush is a crazy mofo I thought he was done for. I love YouTube comments. ha you people are so dumb. Nice radio commentary by Billy Jones haha.

Now I know where the sayin' "Up shit creek without a paddle" came from! Yeah that's Cherry Creek, one of the most awesome canyons in the world!

so - is there a sieve or sump in the runout to this section? he has serious skill to do that many handrolls and keep it together for as long as he did.
he should had a string tied to the padle so he will no loose it they can be expensive to loose

Not a good idea. Tying a rope to a paddle is a good way to get strangled in whitewater.

Is awesome. most people would call that grade 5 too, personally i dont think its grade 5 if that can be done (excluding first drop)

Under the AW rating system, it would be a Class V+. Class VI is considered unrunnable.
