i think u just gotta pull harder. and if it still doesnt come out, u can remove da battery cover and da battery and u should see da stylus on da right side!! :)

da tv works depending in da place where u live. some places have tv signals that the fone can connect to. but other places dont have those signals and u cant use da tv...like where im from!!

i have dis fone and its pretty gud. the PROS...very loud fone (gud for music) dual sim fone, touchscreen, fm radio, voice recorder, dual slider. and a few other features dat r helpful. CONS...bulgy..kinda big, sucky ringtones, poor camera, no flash, and downloading games can b a hastle! if u have anymore questions feel free to just ask! :)
