I love both phones but will wait for the RAZR MAXX to hit Verizon.

If I can just put in a word here for the Galaxy Nexus, I would say that this review seems to be more hardware oriented and although the Nexus has excellent hardware, the place where it really shines is in the software because it has a Vanilla operating system (i.e. no heavy/clunky Motoblur or TouchWiz etc weighing it down) and also it will get updates even after the hardware get old, as we saw with the Nexus S which got Ice Cream Sandwich even though most other handsets from its time didn't.

the razr maxx is for me right now the greatest phone on the market right along side the nexus. the razr on the other hand is just too damn thin

Going to sell my iphone4 and get a Razr for 5 pound extra lol, it seems awesome phone.
