There is definitely nothing healthy about mexican food. Look around the next time you go to a mexican restaurant , and check out the number of large bodies munching down on this stuff. People are not just hungry, they are CRAVING this stuff . Its the CRAVINGS that are the real issues here. EAT LOTS OF VEGETABLES & FRUIT and watch your CRAVINGS go away....................

I don't think this is weird on bit.
I gave up bad foods 19 months ago and don't miss it one bit. I am also 90 pounds lighter because of it and a whole lot healthier.
Did you eat all of the food on the plate?

Your videos always make me laugh! Did you know that laughing burns a ton of calories! lol....I know what you mean about thinking that something whether it be a kiss or a mexican dish....I think that we think we want it, but in all reality is at all that we think it is....thanks for the reminder....When I am craving something I will think...it isn't all that! Ah, Mexican food...I have a long and troubled relationship with it. I'm a connoisseur, actually. I dream of someday being able to pass up chile relleno, calabacita (con queso, por supesto), guisado de puerco, tamales de pollo, chilaquiles, etc.....But I'm happy that YOU'VE conquered the cravings. Woohoo!
