This is so sad... I was in Thailand, in Phuket a few years ago, and I was standing on the beach just thinking of the people who died and how shocked they were when they saw the first big wave coming in.. I know I would have been in shocked !.

Remember you don't see something like that everyday and some do run when its too late but i reacon some of that is shock , disbelief. If i saw that coming id be in shock...

@Highroller33138 Because most people on the beach were tourists, Can't you hear the american woman say "OH MY GOD RUN!" They didnt't know that was Tsunami forming, In Koh Lanta, Thailand, Jamaica, And Hawaii those huge waves form all the time. They just didn't suspect it.

I just don't understand how people see the big waves coming instead of running they just stand there and looking at it coming at them like it suppose to be cool.
