realWORX WEB: Performance Verification and Monitoring System for HFC Networks

The realWORX WEB Performance Verification System allows operators to monitor return ingress levels, analog signal performance, as well as QAM performance and statistics from many nodes using any browser interface. realWORX WEB is run from centralized server(s) and can be scaled to meet any size monitoring system requirement.

Highlights

Monitors upstream return path spectrum
- Monitors RF signal, Ingress as well as Laser non linear operation above 65MHz
- Monitors and Alarms on Laser Clipping and Common Path Distortion Events (CPD)
- Sends real-time return path spectrum traces from multiple analyzers to multiple field personnel simultaneously (using realVIEW and accessible from a Web browser, Client software on a PC, CM2000 and CM2800 test sets in the field)
- Fast scan rate (2 ms) and high-sensitivity (-65dBmV) measurements detect Common Path Distortion and other impairments before it affects service
- New improved 2X speed, now monitors 80 nodes per second

Monitors forward path downstream channels
- Monitors Analog and Digital QAM measurements (levels, frequency, Channel power , MER, Pre and Post BER, EVM, ENM, etc...)
- Real-time remote spectrum view & analysis

- Monitor digital carriers such as DOCSIS/CMTS Channels, high speed Internet, digital TV, VOD and VoIP to detect impairments before customer service is affected

- Supports multiple analyzers/switches, no limits on system size
