All bosses and CEO can take a lesson from this guy. I have had such shitty bosses at some jobs. Nice to see he is such a leader. Love SW!!!!!

To this day, Southwest offers fast connections & the cheapest fares.

Recently I found a discount fare to California using United. Got stuck with baggage fees, & got stuck in Cali an extra day. Last time that happened, SW simply changed my flight for free.

United charged me $220 for the change. It was cheaper to buy a one way through SW. I only fly SW from now on...

To the (former) CEO of America West. You complain about how WN screwed you over...look where you are now. Absorbed with US Airways, one of the worst airlines in the country.

Love him! Good luck to Herb. The airline industry has an inflated view of itself based on the fact that it's had its customers over a gun barrel for so many years. (Yes, I know he's retired)
