Indoor cycling/spinning provides an excellent fitness regimen for virtually any age and fitness level, from beginner to experienced competitor. We provide you with top of the line Spinner® NXT studio bikes, a comfortable environment and certified instructors who will motivate you towards meeting your fitness goals. All of our bikes are equipped with monitors that allow you to measure cadence, time, distance and heart rate. It's your ride and you can control and measure the intensity of your workout. Whether you are seeking intense cardio exercise, or a fat burning workout or are just trying to finally get off the couch and work up a sweat again, we promise that you can reach your goals at Spin-Works. We offer basic cardio-vascular spin classes as well as classes which combine spinning with total body conditioning. Our online Scheduling/Reservation system enables you to schedule classes and reserve your bike any where and any time at your convenience.
