The goal in this class is to cover as many muscles in the body as possible in one class. We are, also, using Interval Training. We'll spike their heart rates up with one exercise, then allow it to come back down in another before spiking it up again. There are over a dozen exercise stations in the class where the members work for two minutes before moving on to the next one.
