Is it me or Leiberman ONLY cares about Israeli policies? It seems like he cares more about Israel than the American policies. I understand that Israel is our ally but Lieberman seems to have this blind loyalty to Israel more than America. He is willing to do anything to get another war started in the Middle East. Our troops are already stretched out, we haven't even finish one war yet and he seems so much in hand to get another one started.

Lieberman is the only one on the left who make some sense on security these days. But his cap and trade ideas are insane. He's out in no man's land.

The dem congress has screwed up massively since winning in '06. Gas prices have soared to record levels like never before. They PROMISED to lower energy costs, pull the troops from the war effort and restore fiscal restraint. NONE of that has happened! Dems promise it all, and succeed at nothing but insignificant b.s. that only makes things worse.

Thanks for posting this information. I too have been wondering why the Democrats haven't done something about it - now I understand. I am confident that the Democratic leadership will be able to deal with this Nov 12th when they have a big majority. In the mean time, I don't understand why he is so blantly doing it? Almost like he is asking to be thrown out of the Dem Caucus.
