The Quality Control Circle Programme, QCC, will raise productivity and quality in civil services with ministerial and departmental plans in place towards achieving the country's 2035 Vision. The Minister of Health noted this at the launch of the 12th QCC, for this year. Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Haji Suyoi said that the QCC effectively helps management in its planning. Present was Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Khairul Khalil. The QCC is a government led effort to improve administration through ministries and departments towards forming a more effective, efficient and economical drive. The QQC Convention this year was organised by the Civil Service Department and involved some 10 teams. Group projects are divided into 5 categories and the QCC begins Wednesday at the Civil Service Institute in Rimba.
