@Fieldofaware lets see here, why have srs, oh right because it is medically needed, not everyone associates as their natal gender due to genetic and physiological conditions that effect the brain, has nothing to do with what a person "wants" its what they need to accomplish in order to feel correct in their body.

I just dont get what is the point of Having SRS if your face voice and facial hair
and all that is not that good. Why not spend the money on that? In the other videos about 5 months ago you looked slimmer too and not you even look more muscular, Maybe it is the video.

i like my face it is passable and i dont wont to lose filling in face. i am happy with it and that is what it is all about. and my voice i have work on and work on and am still working on. ps i dont wont to look like a doll.
