its not as easy like some of u guys say, healthy diet and exercise its hard to do exercise for some ppl like me i have chrones disease and mine is different to the normal chrones disease so its hard to fix me, i had to have a diet with out eating , sugar , meat ,chicken, gluten, wheat, dairy so i couldnt eat many nice things but im having a colonic irrigation tomoz and im a bit scared cuz its my first time and im only 14.

There are many reasons for constipation, and some are very serious, such as diverticulitis, crohns disease and paralytic ileus. It's often not just a matter of bad diet or lack of exercise.

They saved my life! You need to open your mind up. No doctor could figure out what was wrong with me. I was heat intolerant, dizzy, couldn't stand humidity. A series of colonic cleared all that up. I barely made it to the colon therapist. I was stopping every 15-20 blocks trying to go to the bathroom, drinking water, shortness of breath, etc. You just don't know.
