I hate this "thank God for white people" movie. They didn't make Michael a more interesting character because the movie isn't even about him, it's about the wonderful white people who rescue this poor negro from the horrible life he'd have had instead. We don't need social programs, white people can just give hand-outs all the time! Get out.

Do you relize how stupid that sounds.I have not know(you know actually know someone personally instead of making quick judgements) a single black person that does that. Theres no slavery behind a food product, but that doesn't mean it is ok. There arn't 100% equal.

Why is there hate on a movie as good as this? If the white person is dumb, that's fine (forest gump) but if the black guy is dumb, we all throw a hissyfit? guys, the black to white ratio of the world is 50/50. there's no need to defend a race that already is part of the majority. Get over it, no one will think that every black person is like this.

Oh bull! this movie was great. I actually put aside my sketch book during the first fiev minutes of the movie, & never picked it back up during ANY moment of the movie. I rarely EVER do that. High Mattinee

I First Saw This Film On A Plane To Vegas In April 2010. I Had Never Heard Of The Film Before Until I Saw It On The Plane. It Was Quite Good!
