I never agreed with him on the homosexual issues, though.

To me, the Fed was the biggest threat he ever fought against.

A huge loss for the state of Georgia. Bobby was one of few politicians in the Georgia General Assembly that would actually find a stance and stand on principle. You might not agree with him, but you always knew where he stood.

I remember his bill proposal to tax the Federal Reserve branch in Atlanta at the same rate as private 'mom & pop' community banks (as he called them). Of course, the Federal Reserve is above the law, and legislators were to uninformed (or bought by lobbyists) to care.

This guy is a menace to society, clearly a homophobe and misogynist. He wants to turn the government into the thought police and extension of the Church. But then I hear that theme plays well with the "smaller government" tea-party crowd. Representative Franklin has been called "the conscience of the Republican Caucus" because he believes that civil government should return to its biblically and constitutionally defined role. Talk about a dangerous, dangerous piece of crap!!

Well SR 632 EXPLICITLY states that GA will not allow Martial Law, Involuntary Servitude (Obama Youth Bridgrade stuff), Gun Control &/or banning. Check it out.
