President Who? Forgotten Founders Part I - Stanley L. Klos

There are two 13 State ratified Federal Constitutions of the United States of America. One, the Articles of Confederation, was passed by the Delegates of the Continental Congress on November 15, 1777. The Second Federal Constitution was approved by the Delegates of United States in Congress Assembled on September 28, 1787. The later was formulated by a Constitutional Convention held from May to September in 1787, chaired by George Washington, while the former was formed by the Delegates in Continental Congress, chaired by John Hancock and Henry Laurens in 1777. Ten men Served as Presidents of the United States under the Constitution of 1777 and according to Stanley L. Klos, Samuel Huntington was the 1st. For more go to www.samuelhuntington.org
