I am a young man of Columbian descent, not an old white man. I have seen more than my fair share of Harleys through my so far short life, probobly because I live in the Milwaukee area. Now every year there is a mass migration of Harley owners to Milwaukee, and frankly there is nothing like the sound of a Harley on a cool summer night, it's rather soothing. Whereas with sportsbikes all you do is end up covering your ears from the sharp noise they make. If I ever get a motorcycle, it'llbea Harley.

Not a huge fan of the V-Rod but still, Harley is Harley.

I laugh at the Rice Burning Crotch rockets, they whine all the way down Main street, while Harleys Roar and Thunder by.

I don't like speed, I could care less if a CR can beat me on the strip. I'd rather lean back relaxed and enjoy the country side as opposed to hunched over uncomfortably looking like I'm about to take one in the ass... lol

but, in the end... its all personal pref. ALL RIDERS, Be safe and Have fun.

"The v-rod engine makes an aweful lot of horsepower"... Compared to what? A vespa? A zx14 puts out a lot of horsepower. A V-Rod puts out average power compaired to a vtx, stratoliner, or a cbr 600.

Besides, since then I've been more accustomed to Sport Bikes and have gained new respect for them... seing as they are a pain in the ass to work on at times. lol.
