Original Molly Hatchet vocalist Danny Joe Brown onstage one last time to belt out "Flirtin' With Disaster" with the Dixie Jam Band (Dave Hlubek, Banner Thomas, Steve Holland, Bruce Crump, Riff West, Jimmy Farrar & Jay Johnson) at the Jammin' For DJB benefit concert held at Club La Vela in Orlando, FL on 7/18/99.

  • I was lucky enough to see Molly Hatchet on what I think was the first national tour they did. It was 1977 0r 78 and they were opening for Nantucket. I liked and still like Nantucket's music but MH blew them away!

  • I wasnt around when Hatchet were at their peak so I looked up Danny's life. How many men have TWO strokes and other serious health issues, yet still get up and ROCK ASS! Thats true indomitable spirit
