  • Don't take it so seriously it is just a video. Look fact wise if you look at our intestines they are long. Look at other animals that eat meat or other living animals their intestines are small. Then look at other animals that eat just plants their intestines are all long. I will let you assume what you want from this Scientific evidence. I will be the first to say I love meat but look at the evidence and don't always believe everything you watch on TV

  • I wonder if his teeth collect more bacteria or if he notices any differences from Vegetarian to Raw Meat diet. If he wakes with morning breath. I don't. I don't have a huge build up of plaque. I no longer have to use deodorant, my hair doesn't get greasy like it did with meat, cooked or raw. I can tell you though that cooked brings back serious inflammation. I look at people that consume "high meat" & they just don't look like a picture of health. :/ Maybe I've not met the right one yet.

  • @xxjonkoxx In this case, I'd suggest to buy raw beef from the Jewish kosher store. Kosher is a synonym for the quality control as well as a set of orthodox rules of meat handling , incl slaughter - a cow gets its throat slit, - the closest to the nature you get. Also, the "kosher" meat can be "Mukshar" - has all blood drained out of it and left overnight in a slightly salted water - it's still raw, but you won't have to worry about it's cleanness.

  • Is there a way for me to try out raw meat diet? I'm kinda curious how it would effect me after a week or 2/3

I dont wanna get it in a supermarket or grosery store though.

But I dont know any trusted farmers who sell meat either :p

  • @valgez "you're picking research to support your already established opinion?"

No. I presented info to calculate acidosis based on available research.

"tomorrow there might be change in scientific "mainstream" or "fashion"

And this is what every meat-consumer clings to while consuming toxic food.

    " I prefer observation"

So does scientific research. Do u have any firsthand experience contrasting meat-exclusionary diets with the cultural diet u inherited or are u just daydreaming?

  • @valgez Nicely said

  • I'm with you valgez, i think evidence is over rated.

Red meat is my staple, because I love it and it loves me back

    No "evidence" necessary.

    DO YOUR HOMEWORK PEOPLE

  • @ccciabarra You are telling what is good to a man by his intestines' length. I don't care about scientific evidence, because that is not evident at all. There is no one true opinion where it concerns human being. Why? Just because no "scientist" knows who we are, why, and when! I judge by my own feelings, and i know that body and mind absolutely need red meat, if it's raw - then even better

  • @DXSXDXSXD mmmm... ok

  • @DXSXDXSXD Hey, for me it doesn't matters, you'll see, i can eat 10-20 raw organic eggs and without any cholersterol rise, bacteria is not the problem at least not for me :) But the most of the meat is as fucked as the most of the GMO's and the industrial production in general.
