Do you only read the new testament in your bible? What did the apostles read or know back 2 thousand years ago?

  • Check my vid that tells you where to start reading in the bible. I try to give some general advice on how to read the bible and where to start.

  • Excellent commentary. Unfortunately all of us have been taught by the predominant "Christian" churches and have been ignoring the OT.

  • I am always surprised when I see correlation between the Feasts of YHWH in the OT and King Yahshua. This is a beautiful type of foreshadowing that paints a picture for the believer and helps to deepen understanding! All of David's travails are interesting.. then Ruth is a picture of Yahshua's power to redeem.

Secondly, how are we to comprehend righteousness or know HOW to live if we disregard His instructions to His people?

  • @rikestard Isaiah starts with talking about the coming destruction of the world, which is obviously still to come. it then talks about what is required of Gods chosen people and what they should do and what they have not done. Isaiah describes God, which i have found so helpful. His pwer, his awe, his might and his tenderness even. It then describes the coming Messeah, and I think that the book of Isaiah says everything. I have been absolutely astounded while reading it. and get a KJV

  • Sounds like good advice is, but the truth of the matter is that the law of Moses, and the additions made by the only begotten has ended. How do you expect to be saved anyway, you cannot keep the law of the prophets with the addition of Christ's law anyway. Are you unfamiliar with relevant prophecy? Do you know who is coming before the second coming? As it is tradition with the Almighty to send a messenger before the Son. Have you yet not figured that it is Prophets who validate scriptures?

  • Congratulations bro, an excellent biblical, theological and historcal approach.

  • Shalom Brother,

I was wondering from you , do you know who Yashayah speaks of when he says to the apostles go to the Lost sheep first and then all others / Also Rev. 7 , when the 144K are sealed of the 12 tribes by the angels . Who are the 12 tribes and or lost tribes that will be sealed before destruction? also old testement reff. of these quest. to you can be found in ezek.9:4-6 , Dan6:16 , jer.49;36 , Zech6:5 , just to name a few. Thanks for your help brother.... Shalom

  • Just think about it; who reads a book by starting about 3/4 into the book? That's what people are doing when they start in Matthew. No wonder there is so much confusion. Would a person be confused if he started to read a book 3/4 of the way into the book? In some cases the "Bible" only has a NT and Psalms and Proverbs!! That's terrible. You gotta read the whole thing over and over again. Our lives may depend on it.

  • The Book(the Bible) has one author with about 66 writers or scribes. My point with this vid was that we tend to read the NT mostly and feel that it is more accessible and easier to understand and maybe more pertinent. I think that's a big mistake. We need to turn things around and go back to the Tanakh(OT) It is one long book from Gen. to Rev. It's not two books. The same Elohim(Gods) inspired and authored the entire book from Gen. to Rev. So let's not ignore the first 3/4.
