hi holly,
i was wondering if its good to do two 15-minutes intervals a day, one in the morning, and one at night. (on the treadmile) and is it good to do intervals everyday? Because I feel like my muscles dont get too sore~~
Thanks,
Amy

Great questions Amy,
And as I addressed your question of frequency in the video I would like you to Please please Please see the post I made about the Treadmill challenge.

Treadmill-Less Intervals
http://getfitandyummy.com/blog/treadmill-challenge/

If your goal when doing cardio is to get the best possible results in the shortest amount of time- then I challenge you to stay off the treadmill!

The exercises are great, full body workouts. Would you recommend raising amount of weights as we work out, or is that unnecessary for this particular exercise (deadlift and lunge).
Thanks,Rosalie

  • Why is it important to first do the strength training and follow it with the intervals when doing the work-outs back to back? I was wondering in what order to do them today and found this video! :) Thanks!!!

  • @MissMonicaification Because the priority of your workouts is Strength - that is if you wish to lose fat and look toned and defined. If you do intervals 1st - you fatigue your muscles - and this means you decrease the performance of the workout that makes a difference to your overall metabolism.

  • @holidayjoi Oh wow! That was quick and makes perfect sense! I would like to personally thank you for all of these wonderful videos and tips on youtube!! • @vipsamsam Whn you lose weight because of burned calories, you lose fat, ALWAYS. If you want to lose the fat, don't replace the calories you burned!

  • I had a quick question, If you eat lets say 2000 calories, and burn 500 calories doing excersice, should you replace the 500 calories you burn???So not to lose the weight and only the Fat?Please a quick Yes or No will do.......Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
