BMW Motorcycle S 1000 RRIf a manufacturer wants to keep up in the world championship with a superbike,it needs a serially-produced cycle with a vehicle concept that's been developed in every aspect for just that purpose. That holds true for Team BMW Motorrad Motorsport,which has joined the superbike world tour this year. Riders Troy Corser and Ruben Xaus are using bikes based on the new BMW S 1000 RR. Weighing in at only 204 kilos,it still generates 193 horsepower. List prices in Germany start at 15,150 euros.
