I think you are referring to the plastic resonator that is held in place by the round "porthole" that sticks up from the kazoo's "submarine" shpaed body. This part is vital to the function of the kazoo - it won't make its traditional kazoo "buzz sound" without a resonator. i got this kazoo and there was plastic in the hole and i didn't realise you needed it so i got rid of the plastic, will it still work?
