Yeah Oryx, they are Kipping Pullups, apart of the Crossfit routine, once you start knocking out hundred pullups in 20 minutes the workout is just as good as a "Dead Hang" Pullup

Yup I know, after watching the video I realized how much I was cheating on the Thrusters. Just dont look to hard at my pullups then.
