The song is pretty easy, the whole chord progression is A Maj, F#, B, E Maj. Just listen to the strumming. As for the lyrics, just google them because they're the same as the original song, except for the little insert made towards the end of the song which I posted the lyrics for below.

And I think someone asked what the difference was at the end: Instead of "homie scored a key..." as in the song, he's saying "Johnny scored a..." because the guitarist is Johnny.
