One of the bigest Model HO scale Railroads you will ever see

This is one of the biggest Ho scale model railroads you will ever see, im told that this layout is 2000 + square feet in size and is still a work in progress, this layout has 2 dispatchers and covers the entire EJ&E railroad, i had the opportunity to run 2 trains during the night and i took this video as the night was winding down and i had just parked my train. the layout also has almost all power switched and a a section is also signaled with the plan to signal the whole line in the near future.

This is actually very cool, ive been trying to figure out how, while im still building the benchwork, how i can model the J in N scale....where is this located? is this a private layout? i mean, its huge and one could see this being a club layout, but either way its sweet....
