Congrats on your first turkey. I can't wait until my season's start. Check back in two months to see if I am able to add 2011 turkey hunt videos. I will also try to film a hunt in Nebraska with a crossbow

When have you found is the best time of the year to hunt the gobblers? I am wanting to get into the sport and want to get a little information.

@jtschid0910 Thanks for the comment. Springtime is the most exciting time IMO. Having the Toms gobble and strut can really get your blood going. Your state DNR may offer classes, turkey magazines and DVD's can be a source of info. But remember, those Toms always find a way to break your heart and frustrate you so don't give up.
