In this video I show how I wrote a simple per fragment lighting shader to implement Phong shading. I used Wings3d to export a chess pawn model to an .obj file then I import it into OpenGL to render it. The shader code can definitely be optimized as my intention was not to produce efficient code, but simply to get the job done. The application code for the shader can be downloaded from GitHub:
