home is about 3000 sq ft on 8000 sq ft fairway lot

automatic 3 car garage and side rv parking
downstairs bedroom which can be used as formal living room office or gym
spiral staircase with balcony overlooking foyer
formal kitchen with large island
dirty kitchen with open pantry area
open family room with veranda extension
dining area with buffet area adjacent to patio
powder room with shower
utility room for washer/dryer (maid)
walk in hallway closet
hobby/crafts work station by landing area up the stairs
masterbedroom with balcony overlooking the golf course and city
his and hers walk in closet
master bath with full size tub large shower and seperate toilet room
his and hers vanity sink area
upstairs guest bathroom with full size bathtub
guest bedroom
my son's bedroom with balcony overlooking city

if you don't mind me asking, how much is the 8000sq ft lot in Laguna? How much does it cost to build a 3000 sq ft home? I like your design, the veranda overlooking the golf course. it's nice...
