Thank you! Let our two faiths continue to remember the victims of all those who parished, both Jewish and Christian, and let us continue to work together to create a better place for ourselves and our children, my family has some Holocaust survivors and they were saved by Catholics, and for that we are grateful to your faith

This Pope needs to make up his mind: he goes and visits Ground Zero on Hitler's birthday in NYC in 2008 and goes to Yad Vashem to express his condolences and regrets... What an absolute hypocrite.

Many Catholics were indeed courageous in saving Jews. One cannot help but wonder however if Pope Pius had instructed devoutly Catholic Marshall Pétain that antisemitic laws were immoral, sinful and contrary to the law of God and the Church, more Jews might have been saved

If it weren't for the Catholic Church, few if any Jews would have survived the Holocaust.
Jews everywhere owe the Catholic Church an everlasting debt of gratitude.
