WritePad is a new input method for Android OS which aims to replace the on-screen keyboard with PhatWare's proven handwriting recognition technology and can be used for text input in any Android application. WritePad is especially useful on Android Tablets, such as Samsung Galaxy Tab, and Android phones such as Motorola Droid and others.
It's a great app for Galaxy Note or other devices with stylus. It just needs support for more languages (far more than just 4 dictionaries) and some other improvements.. Also, please remove the icon from the notification bar...

If by 'text input' you mean that Android recognise this as a keyboard? then we are talking:P

I was contemplating getting the Acer A500 tablet for use in college, but I wasn't sure if there were any good note-taking apps. Personally, I could care less if the application turned my handwriting into text, but this application seems to do it really well.
I have to ask, though, does this support a vast array of symbols, or is there a way to make my own symbols for it? I am a math major and will be taking a lot of math classes, and I want to be able to use this application for my notes.
