Kite Surfer's Death Defying 100 Ft Pier Jump

DAREDEVIL kite surfer Jake Scrace makes the most of the extreme wind yesterday with a death-defying 100ft jump over a pier.

Jake, 25, used the waves as a ramp to leap 40ft across Worthing Pier in East Sussex, before landing back in the water. His extreme surfer pal Lewis Craften followed.

Jake said: "You only get one try. You could be 99 per cent right and still hit the pier. If you don't More..get it right you could die."

The storms battering the country are set to continue, experts said yesterday.

Meteogroup UK forecaster Tom Tobler said: "Starting on Wednesday, through Thursday and Friday there could be a stream of heavy rain, especially in the North West." Central and Southern England will face heavy downpours by Thursday."

This has obviously been tampered with. He jumped over the pier, not the dang building in the background.
