My homemade CNC mill build plus 1st test

This is my first CNC build. Made of MDF plywood. Ordered the electronics as a kit from eBay. This machine isn't pretty but it's my first one so give me a break. Now that I know it will work I would like to eventually upgrade it with true linear bearings and rails for every axis and maybe some ball screws.
