  • Is immediately jumping into a lease obligation really the smartest decision?

    Moving into the basement of a friend or relative, who is also struggling with a reduction of income, strikes me as the best way to keep options open. For many of us, finding a comparable job to the one just lost will probably require an out-of-state move.
