@herbg3 there are express service codes for a reason. if u can use your phone properly than type it in. If not than quit your IT dept and you have no reason being there.

Does your automated phone service properly inform your tech support personnel when I enter the data into the appropriate prompts? Because no business seems to be able to use that and yours is no exception. IN FACT: you've owned that automated phone system for more than 10 years and it STILL is not set up properly.
