I must ask you something. I downloaded hek and tryed to install it but then a message comes up :setup was unable to find a halo ce installation on your computer and cannot proceed. please install halo custom edition before attempting to install halo editing kit. PLZ help me.

Follow this:
1.- Right click HEKPlus.exe and clic Properties.
2.- In the compatibility tab, check the next:
*Run program in compatibility mode for... Windows XP (Service Pack 2 or 3)
*Disable Desktop Composition.
3.- Run the program... you will see that the screen appears black for a second and a message from the system tray pop-ups.
The problem is fixed.
