The idea sounds good, but has absolutely nothing to do with neuro-cognitive science or empirical data. It is more of an good advise how to live your life better. The brain is far more complex than only "three brains". "learning new things" alone requires way more than this way to simplified presentation.
The idea is good, however would like to see more scientific evidence.

People should be cautioned about using physical activity to "burn off" adrenaline. There are certain kinds of physical activity (i.e. hitting, throwing things) which will amplify anger and frustration, not "burn it off". Physical exercises which involve controlled and measured movements (i.e. yoga, martial arts, calistenics and weightlifting) are the best.

This is great video and all of this was in my psychology class that I loved, but i couldn't help but wonder why there was no mention of music. I thought this was an informational video about why music helps your brain.
