I think Hermione sees or imagines ron walking out of the tent ( in this video he is suppose to be dead) and then goes to try and follow him but i think it then appears to be a ghost or her imagenatation , so she then leaves a scarf to the tree in case he comes back so that she can see him and see if it was atually him. I dont know but then i think later she has flashbacks of her and ron together. Hope that helps.
