after one bungie jump, can you go straight into another bungie jump without climbing on to the stage? and if so what window does this give the opponent to grap the ledge?

yeah, but most Olimar player Double Jump up-Air you while you're on the edge when your invincibility frames run out from the ledge grab. If they don't see it coming they'll go for the Double jump u-air and die
