Disregard my other comment, its Bob Wollek in the Porsche 962. Thought that was a Goodwrench logo, but its the BF Goodrich logo.

I checked the file I have (slightly higher quality of course) and it's definitely BF Goodrich logo. And this is from the same broadcast than the other longer onboard with Wollek that I uploaded. Only difference is that there he has blue gloves, here red. But I too think it's him since I didn't see any other onboard cams during that race.
